who want to computerise their books.
Payroll
Our payroll services offers a number of options which include
generating the payroll, printing professional looking payslips,
transferring payments to your employee's accounts and tracking
your liabilities to the Inland Revenue.
This also includes writing out P46's, P45's and printing the year-end
P60's & P14's
Reporting
We create reports that will give you the exact information you
need, which will help you to see how you have done. This makes
future planning easier and can help you to spot you best income
sources, as well as help you spot high spending areas.
Reports can help with many planning and decision making points
in your business and prevent costly losses.
PAYE
Liabilities & VAT Liabilities
Keeping on top of money owed to the Inland Revenue and HM Customs
& Excise can be a quite a chore if you don't know what you
are doing. Hamilton Duxbury will keep track of this for you and
let you know how much needs paying and when.
Training
If you want to learn how to use your finance software then we
offer a service that will train you on all the functions of your
software or just specific parts.
Advisor
Services
Hamilton Duxbury is a member of the QuickBooks® Professional
Advisor Programme. This means we have been approved by Intuit
to advise QuickBooks® users and to assist with training them
on how to use the software.
This service is available via phone, e-mail, Messenger Service
or on your premises.
